Zero Cost Medical Opinion

We provide free of cost medical opinion from our expert team of doctors in India. The opinion includes suggested line of treatment, cost of treatment with different room categories, stipulated length of hospital stay and overall stay in India and the treating doctor’s profile. We also assist you in acquiring medical visa, travel arrangements and appointment scheduling at the earliest.

How It Works

Reception at Airport

We arrange for complimentary airport pick up and drop. Our international patient executive would be available at the airport with a placard in patient’s name, on your arrival at airport. If required, arrangement of wheelchair, stretcher, oxygen support, ambulance, etc. will be done beforehand by our executive. Sim Card (local number) is provided so that you can stay in touch and update your family back home, about your safe arrival and well being.

Stay Arrangements

After we receive confirmation of your arrival and your flight details, based on your consent and patient’s need, we do advance booking of room in hospital so that you don’t have to wait even a single minute on arrival at the hospital. Also, based on your budget, accommodation in nearby guest house of your choice is done for pre and post treatment stay.

Case Managers

We assign one case manager to you who will look after all your needs round the clock. He/she will also provide regular medical updates to your family back home through email.

Payment Assisstance

We will assist you in making payment for treatment through various modes – card, wire transfer or foreign currency, depending upon your convenience.

No Language Barrier

All our international patient executives speak fluent English. Still, to avoid any language barrier, we have translators for different languages who can be made available for you round the clock.

Multinational Cuisine

We understand that it is difficult for you to adjust with the food habits here in India and so we help in making food of your choice and cuisine available for you. Our hospitals have an exclusive menu for international patients. Please note that food for patient will be provided only after treating doctor and dietician’s permission.


On the successful completion of treatment and follow up, if desired by you, we can also arrange for shopping, sight-seeing and tour to various beautiful & famous sights across all over India.

Keep in Touch

Our responsibility doesn’t get over once the patient goes back home after treatment; rather we keep in touch with all our patients as a part of our family. We do communicate with them on regular basis and help them in case they need to come again for follow up or any other required assisstance.
