• T 2: In the T2 stage, tumor appears to be confined in the prostate gland. The size of the tumor can be felt during DRE and also gets screened in imaging tests.
• T 3: This is the stage when tumor has spread to the seminal vesicles, outside prostate gland.
• T 4: The is the advanced stage of prostate cancer in which cancerous cells spread to the rectum area, pelvic wall, bladder and also the urethral sphincter.
